Infound Global Terms and conditions
Last updated 2 November, 2025By using Infoundglobal.com, our applications, tools, events, and services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Overview of Services
1.1 Infound Global is a business networking, education, and community platform offering services such as networking events, business introductions, online courses, AI-powered tools, and community memberships (“Services”).
1.2 Our Services may be offered on a paid or complimentary basis, depending on the feature or event.
1.3 Infound Global does not act as a funding intermediary, escrow agent, broker, or financial advisor. We only facilitate networking and connections. All investment or business decisions arising from user connections must be made independently by users.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or at legal age in your jurisdiction) to register and use the Platform.
2.2 During registration you must provide accurate and truthful information, and keep it current.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized use immediately.
2.4 Infound Global is not liable for any losses arising from misuse of your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use & Responsibilities
3.1 You must use the Platform lawfully and ethically. You must not upload or share harmful, illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive content.
3.2 You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the Platform, or use unauthorized automation tools.
3.3 You must not impersonate another person or entity or provide false credentials or misleading business opportunities.
3.4 You acknowledge that any business deals or transactions between users are solely your responsibility — Infound Global is not involved in such deals and bears no liability.
4. Payments, Fees & Refunds
4.1 Some Services (events, courses, memberships, premium features) may require payment. The applicable fee and payment terms will be clearly shown prior to purchase.
4.2 All fees are payable in advance as per the displayed price. Applicable taxes may apply.
4.3 Refunds:
- A full refund is available if requested at least 48 hours before a paid event or service begins.
- A 50% refund may apply if cancelled 24–48 hours before start.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours before or after service activation.
Refunds may incur an administration fee.
4.4 If Infound Global cancels or postpones an event/service, you are entitled to a full refund or credit toward future services.
4.5 Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of your account and recovery of costs.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All Platform content — branding, software, courses, materials — is owned by Infound Global or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification or resale is prohibited.
5.2 You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant Infound Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote User Content as needed to operate and improve the Platform.
5.3 You must ensure that your User Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 We collect and handle personal and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection, processing, storage, and sharing as described.
6.2 We maintain industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute data security.
7. Disclaimers & No Warranty
7.1 The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
7.2 Infound Global makes no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any content or user information.
7.3 Infound Global does not guarantee success of networking, business deals, or investments. All interactions are at user risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Infound Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or user-to-user outcomes.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infound Global, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or any business dealings facilitated via the Platform.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for misconduct, fraud, security risks, violations of these Terms, or provision of false information.
10.2 You may request account termination at any time by contacting support.
10.3 Even after termination, clauses relating to IP rights, liability limitation, and indemnification remain effective.
11. Modifications to Terms
Infound Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after modification means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any dispute arising will first be subject to negotiation and mediation, then final resolution through arbitration in Dubai (or Dubai courts if arbitration is unavailable).
